Refund policy

Please select carefully when purchasing from Cosy Cave Quilting, as the following conditions apply –

Once an order has been placed through my shop it cannot be cancelled. Please double check your basket before checkout to confirm your order,
I am not obliged to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind for any reason including your colour choice as per Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds or replacements are at my discretion, and will be for the value of the goods purchased plus the cost of postage if 1 item. If multiple goods have been purchased in the same order, postage will not be reimbursed, only the value of item being refunded or replaced.
You must notify me immediately of your intention to return goods purchased, stating the reason for their return and returns must be made within a reasonable time frame of 14 days.

Items being returned must be in their original condition and packaging, together with evidence of purchase and payment (i.e. invoice &/or receipt). Fabrics may not be cut, dyed or washed and all fabric packs, bundles and kits must be complete.
Copyright law precludes me from accepting returns of patterns and books

I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return. I will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
